Dog Return
how can i teach my dog to catch and return Frisbee?
i have 4month old aussie and all she wants to do is chew..please help
That sounds just about like a 4 month old aussie 
I’m suprised that he doesn’t have a natural drive to retrieve, but since he apparently doesn’t, you can always teach a retrieve. It will take a while, but it will be reliable, and both you and the dog will enjoy learning. Actually, a 4 month old Aussie needs lots of stimulation and training will be very good for him. For amazingly specific instructions on training a retrieve using POSITIVE methods, join this group http://pets.groups.yahoo.com/group/traininglevels/ go to files, then behaviors with full descriptions, then to retrieve. This is a 4 page word document that breaks the behavior into 7 different levels, explaining each one. Good luck!!!
