My dog ate a Scrabble Letter?
My 11 month old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel ate a Scrabble letter off the floor not more then 24 hours ago what should I do ?
Which one? 
Idk. Has he had a bowel movement since? Hopefully it will pass right through and you have nothing to worry about. If he hasnt gone to the bathroom since, you need to see a vet. It might be blocking his stomach or intestines.
Watch your dog, look for anything unusual in his behavior / bathroom outings. If you are very concerned, call your vet and ask them (over the phone) what they would recommend.
