Window Decal
How do you remove a dried out window decal?
I have a decal on the rear window of my car that I am trying to remove. However, it has dried out from time and has become a pain to remove. I know there are many different techniques for removing window decals but I have also read that most of these techniques did not work.
Is there a surefire way to remove a dried out window decal from my car?

on a window? try a razor blade.
on a body panel? try a plastic razor blade and adhesive cleaner
